Who pays for shipping?
You can return your purchase to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Items marked sale cannot be returned.
We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.

Any items that are purchased while “on sale” or with a discount code, are not eligible for a refund.
If you want to return or exchange an item, please contact us at with your order number.
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of the updated status. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund request. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our team.

Upon inspection approval, your refund will be processed in the form of store credit OR with the original method of payment.

If returning an order from an international location, your return package may take several weeks to reach us, depending on which shipping method and carrier you selected.
UNCOMMON. only pays for return shipping when a mistake is made on our part. In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for purchasing their own postage to ship their return back.
